Maxim’s Group were looking for a new design concept that could be rolled out over
multiple location. The new concept was to create a warm and welcoming professional bakery for the busy quality seekers, by offering them a taste of family fresh home baked bread in a space that feels like a second home.
The design was inspired by the traditional architectural look of a “Taiwanese bakery”.
The use of reddish/orange bricks and rustic timber work in harmony to evoke a warm, comfortable and cosy atmosphere while creating the feeling of fresh baked goods reminiscent of the old whilst adapting to the new.
